Why we built it
Most clinic software in India is either too heavy and expensive for a single-doctor OPD, or too shallow to run a real practice. Pediatric care — vaccines, growth tracking, parent communication — is almost always an afterthought, even though a huge share of a general clinic’s day is children.
We took the opposite approach: one practice-management platform that runs any Indian clinic well, and goes genuinely deep on the pediatric workflow that others skip. Pay only for the packs you use. Keep your own payment account. Own your data. Get support in your own language.

A founder-built, bootstrapped product
Aira Nexus Clinic is built by Mahesh Samarla, a software engineer (React, Node, AWS, MySQL) who previously built and shipped Aira Nexus Campus and Labs. It is bootstrapped and independent — no outside funding, no growth-at-all-costs pressure.
We’re honest that Clinic is early. You won’t find invented testimonials or made-up numbers on this site. We’d rather earn a small number of clinics that genuinely rely on us than manufacture social proof. If that’s the kind of software partner you want, we should talk.
